Return or Exchange Eligibility and Refund Policy
You are the most important part of our business and we want you to fall in love with our products and our service. If you feel your item has need damaged or may be defective, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you with available options. Any issues not reported within 3 days of delivery will be deemed ineligible for return.
The health and safety of all of our customers is of utmost importance. To protect all customers, certain types of products are non-returnable. These products include:
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products, intimate health and wellness products).
- Luxury Alternative Hair (wigs, hair toppers, hair pieces).
All Gift Cards, Clearance items which include Open Box, Hot Buy, Special Offer, Overstock, Discontinued and Limited Time products are final sale.
We do understand that in buying Luxury hair it may take trying several styles, colors & brands before you find “the one”. To assist you in reselling any purchases that were not “the one”, we offer a Facebook Group, Lux Crown Closet, where you can post your wig for sale or offer it on trade for something you think you might like more. If you have any question about the eligibility of a particular item, please contact us prior to purchase.
If you have purchased an item that is eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Cancelations
Our ordering system is automatically fulfilled and once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.
Damage, defects and other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please thoroughly inspect all items within 3 days of delivery and report any issues found.
After 3 days, all sales will be finaltas accepted and closed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a store credit will be issued minus any applicable fees. Store credit has no expiration date.
If you feel an item is defective, we will provide you a return authorization and prepaid return label.
Once your return is received, we will inspect and consult the manufacturer regarding the defect. If all parties are in agreement the item will be replaced at no charge.
If an item is found to not be defective, the buyer can chose to either have the item returned at their expense or to be issued a store credit of the original purchase price, minus all shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
There are no exceptions to this process.

We respond to all contact within 48 business hours. If it has been more than 48 hours and you have not received a response, please check the following:
Please check the accuracy of the email listed in the contact us form. We can only respond to that specific email, even if the email you made your purchase with is different.
Please check your spam or junk email boxes. We have found that many email services will send emails directly from the store into one of those and not to your in Box.
