Shipping policy

Alternative Hair solution products that are currently in stock are processed within two business days. Orders placed with the manufacturer vary according to specific manufacturer processing times.  Most manufacture orders arrive within 10 business days.  If an item is on back order, you will be notified by email and have the opportunity to change, cancel or confirm your order.

After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

The Unchained Goddess, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen courier impacts.  This includes, but is not limited to, inclement weather, national crisis due to health pandemic or other extreme conditions.

Shipping Insurance

We understand that sometimes a package may get lost by the carrier, damaged during transport or may even be stolen from the delivery location.  To help protect our buyers from these situations, we offer Shipping Insurance as an optional purchase on every transaction.  It is the buyers responsibility to purchase the shipping insurance at time of check out.  If shipping insurance is not purchased, you, the buyer, are accepting full liability of anything that happens to your package.  Once shipped, neither Unchained Goddess, LLC nor Lux Crown Closet, are responsible for any issues that may occur.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 We offer a weight based flat rate shipping to the 48 Contiguous United States (Region 1)  and the U.S. Outlying Areas Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands (Region 2).  Rates will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Value Rate Shipping

This shipping option is provided for those customers who do not need all of the original boxes included in their shipment.

International Shipping

Shipping to Canada: Due to the unstable tariff situation, issues with carriers and overall rising shipping costs, effective July 1, 2025, we are suspending all International shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@unchainedgoddess.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition so that we can come to a satisfactory resolution.
